You're not the only one who equates taking the 5th with admission of guilt.

The prosecution in the Rittenhouse case did the exact same thing, only to be chewed out by the judge.

You still didn't answer the question of why Trump is being accused of defamation instead of charged with rape. I have my theories, but I'll wait to see what B.S. you can come up with before I respond.
