Lightly oiling the top of your dough tends to make it a little tastier.
If you are going to make the desi pizzas, consider using some butter chicken sauce instead of (or mixed with) the marinara sauce.
Also, gouda melts more than regular cheese. So if you are going to mix smoked gouda for the smoky flavor, sprinkle it on the top and go easy with it.
