It would be crazy not to take what is known to work. HCQ, IVM, Vit C/D, Steriods, and antibiotics.

None of the studies you've mentioned have included that entire protocol, which was shown to work early in 2020 with HCQ and later in the year with IVM if started within about a week of first symptoms.
