>> Life in prison .... sounds right for seditious conspiracy.

Except the charges are bogus, which is why they're trying to get them to plead guity.

It is the same bullshit that goes on in every small time court room in America. Someone is dragged in in Texas with one marijuana edible. At most 50mg of THC. In Texas, you can be charged for the ENTIRE WEIGHT including the candy. An absurd position. Then, you either plead guilty or face life-destroying charges.

In DC, if you are a Republican engaging in protests for a stolen presidential election, you have a target on your back and will serve time, a lot of it, before a trial, hard time. Not the kind of time normally served by those who haven't done anything of significance. Yet, people can go out to Supreme Court justices homes and protest and the fucking president encourages it.

The CJS has to ripped out by its roots and reformed based on the actual law. It isn't complicated. The problem is criminal justice is run by the Lina Hidalgo types who don't give a shit how many people are murdered in their jails. Or that a special needs teen was put in the general population with murderers where he was summarily beaten to death.

IT is pathetic and she runs that jail like this is Locked Up Abroad.

It is what Democrats do.
