Iraq wasn't a NATO operation. Libya and Serbia were because it was convenient to use the existing command structure when the same countries are operating but didn't really involve the NATO treaty in any way, and without NATO existing the same countries could have done the same operation.

Weakening Russia became a declared aim once Russia invaded Ukraine. As for it being a general goal in some people's mind well I bet China and Russia would like to see the US weakened but that doesn't mean they have waged war on us just by doing so (or even by saying its their aim if they have done so).
Hundreds of thousands of civilians in Leningrad
Finland's leadership refused to attack Leningrad.
Something doesn’t sound right with that sentence.
Sound right or not it is right. Hitler was more aggressive than Stalin, more willing to start wars with other major powers (rather than just countries that were though to be unable to fight back effectively) But he was a brutal thug on a similar level, and also bears some of the responsibility for WWII, having helped rebuild the Germany army, and given it supplies, and fuel, agreeing to partition Poland with the Nazis, and then invading it after Hitler did. The only reason Stalin was on our side in the war is that Hitler stabbed him in the back, but he started out as Hitler's ally.
