The charges aren't bogus and its not your place to determine that. You're an anti-American traitor who can't be trusted.

Someone is dragged in in Texas with one marijuana edible. At most 50mg of THC. In Texas, you can be charged for the ENTIRE WEIGHT including the candy. An absurd position. Then, you either plead guilty or face life-destroying charges.

You're still using marijuana? Maybe you should discuss with bentway how to use drugs in TX w/o being busted?

Didja know my wife and I have never smoked marijuana even once?
