I'm making the pizzas tonight after all! I acquired the 14" dough from a pizza shop about 4-miles away for $2. That is such a great pro tip you gave!

How long do you heat the pizza stone for? I've read 20-minutes should do the trick. I've also read some folks do it for 2-hours. That just sounds like way too long.
