Since this is a closed end fund, it can go however low that its holders want cash. I don't know where the div payouts come from. That will have a lot to do with how low it can go. Could you tell us why it has such a high yield and where that money comes from?

If I were to ignore the yield (really shouldn't) and just look at the chart, it could go to 6 as the first stop and 5 as the next. The problem is that if you look at a 10 year chart, then it averages to ~4. So again, it has much to do with the yield and how safe it is.

The fund is strongly correlated with SPY, so in the short term it will move with the market.
