Dave, i think you must be looking at the wrong company or the data is wrong. cfb has approximately 22mm shs outstanding f/d. when they went public they said that they had close to 19mm shs with the moeller group holding 18%. since then they have issued stock in pp's . call bill or keith moeller at 801-756-1414 for an exact amount. if they can't help ask for nate moeller or scott moeller. a family mining operation, as you can see. stock closed at .86 to .90 today and moving correctly to the upside. look for $1.50 as soon as the word is out that the company is mining high grade ore on a consistent basis. the end of feb or beginning of march is my guesstimate. vargas
