They do not have to sell the cure they already have buyers chomping at the bit for the DF-144. There is some items that I think we need to claify so people will understand what it means.

Reverse Merger - This is where the public companies acquires a private company and the private company takes over the control of the public company. THERE WAS NO REVERSE SPLIT associated with this merger.
