As for the Amerindo filing, don't think that's new but probably was done awhile ago and just reported. The Amerindo situation has been part of PSI stock price problem. They had big problems with some of their other holdings like ASND & Avant (I think) and had to dump a lot of other stuff year end to cover their butts. I remember reading this but didn't do the research myself.
