And it dramatically increased under OBAMA. You miss my point. It was covid. Add in Putin. Production under Biden UP over last year of Trump. Will be 12 Million by year end. 13 Million next year. What's your problem? Production going UP with current leases approved. Production going UP without Keystone. (Keystone was always political). So why is production going UP if Biden is doing such damage? Did you see anything less than 11.5 Million in that data?
