Restricting movement is part of the reason Dem fascists love EVs.

Only 250 mi. per charge, when new. (Less after a couple of years.)
Then you must stop for at least a few hours to recharge.
So the practical daily limit for travel is about 500mi.
Much less than a gas car.

250mi. is slightly less than a round trip from Phoenix to Flagstaff.
You'd have to stop and recharge on the way back.
My current gas car has a 420mi. range and can refill in 10-15 mins.
