They always have to have some kind of global crisis in order to control the masses... It was global cooling... Then, all the trees are dying... Then, the oceans were evaporating... Then, the hurricanes were getting stronger... Then there were too many trees and they're taking over the world... Then, the oceans are going to flood all the land... Then, the ozone layer is disappearing... Then, it was global warming... Then, it was a virus that will end all life as we know it... The list of lunatic fears goes on and on forever... If they didn't have some phony crack pot crisis, then they would have nothing to scare people with... And there are plenty of suckers and stupid people in the world to swallow their bullshit without even thinking about it... We have those same kind of carnival barkers and frauds right here at SI, they know who they are and so does everyone else...
