Does anyone know whether analysts expectations of $.02/ share included Netgain related charges? In my experience, such one-time charges would be excluded. If that's the case, BROC beat expectations by nearly $.02 or 80%.

Analysts expecting $.02 / Shares
BROC earnings (B/4 one-time charges) $174,000/4.9M shares = $.036

Any thoughts. If these calcs are right, we should see some price appreciation tomorrow.
