I'm guessing that the amerikkkan "rule based order" doesn't jive w/both China and Russia international law based order. The so called vacuum was meant to be filled by the country given independence after USSR broke up, it wasn't meant for a "defensive organization NATO" to spread it's wings. What's also quite a mystery is how most of the countries added to NATO border the Atlantic. After all NATO is only another arm of Empire, nothing less. thanks for the video's as I am now watching the Soviet Storm series for a refresher course
