Do you think that England should have murdered Washington, Jefferson to stop them .... hmmm...as you know, USA didn't get to vote and the British used soldiers to keep the American Donetsk in line and paying tribute to King George....
It's a sad fact that when people who can't discuss get on a murderous rampage, they have to be stopped by killing them. So I'm expecting USA to get it right between the eyes. I doubt that USA will be able to just grind Russia into unconditional surrender. Americans have stomped around the world mass murdering in Vietnam, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Yemen.... etc etc.... It's not surprising that Russians who have been threatened for decades and have seen it all before with Barbarossa being the latest onslaught, are wary now that they see Herr Gruppenfuhrer Stoltenberg, Ursula van der Kraut, Klaus Schwab, preparing another German onslaught in cahoots with Boris, LIz Truss and co-conspirators in USA. Yank tanks in Norway were preparing a couple of years ago to invade to Murmansk, so on down the NATO line all the way to the Black Sea with Turkey in NATO and Ukraine about to provide inroads right into the heart of Russia and to evict Russia from Sevastopol and make it land locked to the north.
I know you are unreasoning and therefore don't even consider that voting idea. I guess you'll not even understand what the heck that has to do with Ukraine. How does Scotland relate to Donetsk? Does not compute? Duh?! Which is why I expect USA to get very very large holes in it during the escalation process which might last minutes, hours or days, or go full scale deflection before a discussion takes place about the first salvoes.
American submarines can last for a long time underwater having fired their rockets into Russia. But when they go "home", I wonder what the survivors will think about what they find. I guess they'll have inflatable boats they can use to get ashore as wharves will be gone. I hope they don't expect a ticker-tape parade.
