This may just be coincidence, but I've been watch Dow futures vs the DXY in trading this evening..

When watching the tick, there seems to be a direct correlation between the futures rising as the DXY ticks down, and vice versa..

Again, may be nothing.. but watching where the DXY is in the morning might be a signal of whether Friday's bounce is sustained or not..

I just get this gut feeling that the DXY will determine where markets are going.. Feels like something in the financial system is about to break..

And it doesn't help that Sunac Corp in China just defaulted on all their USD denominated bonds.. Expect other Chinese property developers to do the same shortly..

Debt defaults = money destruction.

Is Yuan devaluation eminent?
