If he's truly conservative, he would know that insurance (except with high deductibles and high limits to cover the catestrophic possibilities) is usually a waste of money.

Also, legal expenses contributed to the rise in Q4 SG&A.

It's just wishful thinking.

Actually, if they do as good of a job settling this one as they did the previous class action lawsuits, I won't complain. From what I understand, the "winners" in the class action lawsuit received $3 coupons to be used towards Iomega purchases.
