Generally, adding new shares will dilute earnings. This is interesting, I would put my money on Yurie issuing the shares to cheaply finance new infrastructure or some of the Data Labs acquisition. Anyone have any other guesses?

When I have owned companies where new shares were authorized, the money was used to either acquire another company or cheap financing of stuff.
