CXOT (87% owned by CXI) was up nearly 24% today, following the news of a second Baltimore Harbor contract. This obviously should be positive for CXI, once investors figure out the CXI/CXOT relationship. I don't much follow technical analysis, but I believe CXI is making a very bullish "cup and handle" formation, with the "up" part of the handle taking form at the moment. Anyone have an interpretation of the chart?
