I am sort of a tourist in KIND (got it recommended from several sources and there is VIC writeup on this) but like the company and now we have an activist too with a 10% position, pushing for a potential sale.

I want to wait until the Dutch license issue is resolved, which is supposedly in Q2 this year until making further decisions. I think this could serve as a catalyst here I have often learned that I let go too quickly and since it is a small position, I can afford to be wrong here.

In any case, KIND has now gaming license in Ontario Canada as well. Market cap is only ~$2.2B USD. these Swedish gaming companies are way cheaper than US plays despite having better financials and operating in the US as well in many cases.

Gaming enthusiasm has benefited from COVID-19 and has waned a bit this year but LT trend are up and to the right, I think.

I also got some cash coming in from the SWMA merger. Hoping for a bump here, because I think it was sold a little bit too cheap.
