Dave,

That is an astute observation, Larry want's what's best for the company as do I. I think the biggest problem is that some people go off half cocked and send the wrong message to others outside looking in forcing the stock price down. When the stock price goes down it removes any incentive for the preferred lenders to convert if we can't hold the price above 5 or 6 cents. Some that feel they are posting responsible are in fact shooting themselves in the foot.
