I agree with every one of your points. In a world where for the formerly free media censorship is the new normal, having one platform where speech is free could be a game changer. It may actually change the Overton window for public discussions. It would filled with unfiltered info - something for people to work through on their own. And yes, Musk understands it very well.

I’m not always an admirer of Tucker Carlson - except for the fact that he often gives a voice to those who are canceled, to persons who are “non grata” - and discusses issues that no other prominent network would even touch. Generally, without the few outspoken hosts on Fox Network, this country would be in a far worse place. One recent example - they played a big role in forcing them to abort the Ministry of Truth in the first trimester. Without them, this new “division” of the HSA could have become legitimized - and more powerful than anyone expected.
