This same person if I am not mistaken also stated in a later post that it is not unusual for him (traders) to make up to 200 trades per day on their Level II execution system. Am I the only one beginning to feel that I am being asked to believe in Santa Claus and other fairy tales?

Lets see...390 minutes / 200 trades equals *averaging* about one trade within every 2 minutes with no lunch or potty break. The commissions and risk associated with trading this way would be IMO high. I am wondering if this guy is for real. But I bet the rest of you already have this one figured out.

Irby, are you sure this is a good example of "successful" day trading?? Is it wise to be associating yourself with such claims? But then maybe there is something I do not understand here? Can anyone help me out?

This is like taking up and supporting in public one statement a person said like "life can be a risky business for the unwary", which can be debated but still can have truth to it, just to have the same person follow through on his next statement made the next day by saying "...because of the space aliens all around us who are hunting us to have as slaves to take back home with them and feed to their dogs".

This is how outrageous the claim appears to me. I am not saying anything personal of the individual who is making this claim. He probably is sincere and well-meaning. Perhaps he can accomplish this. Or perhaps the "bucket shop" has returned in its new form as the SOES trading house? Every lottery has its winners, not to mention its myriad of losers.
