Recognizing talent is the most important thing as a CEO, manager or even an entrepreneur in your own business. One of the things that has lots of people upset with Trump, especially in NYC, is that he is well known to privately mock and make fun of born again Christians and evangelists. Personally, he couldn't care less about the abortion issue. But he will nominate conservative judges who are fanatically pro-life because he was told they are a distinct voting block that needs to kept in the Republican camp
