It's called the market place. You ask about Biden's efforts. How about the rate he is allowing permits to be issued. Did you see my links? Did you pay attention to my post about production and price in Sept. of 2020 vs. today? Let me post again and YOU explain why today we have higher prices with more production.

Sept. 2020 crude production around 11.1 Million barrels per day. Price around $35 per barrel. Gas around $2.00 per gallon.

Today, 2022 official numbers, Around 11.8 Million barrels per day around $100 per barrel. Gas at around $4.50 per gallon.

I explained it to you. Supply/demand imbalance. And I listed the reasons why. YOU can now explain it to me. What do you see different?
