Do you remember that this was discussed right here on your board years ago? I proposed a Fed. sales tax and reducing or eliminating the Fed income tax. I believe we also discussed universal income and doing away with food stamps/welfare/unemployment insurance. Also, we discussed worker training and I believe we spoke of shortages of trained workers in the future. This was quite a few years ago and my memory is not what it used to be.
