Pax Americana had indeed taken over from the great and glorious British Empire and did an even better job of VVV than did England. It's a fading glory now, albeit with impressive achievements still such as the Elongated achievements of QUALCOMM, Tesla, SpaceX, Google, Microsoft and swarms of others in mobile Cyberspace and technological developments.
There are monster achievements still to come, namely in It [artificial intelligence], and CDNA [genetic engineering of people in particular and biology in general = cyberDNA development]. Maybe that will be achieved via USA, but maybe not. It's a race. Also fusion reactors.
England gave birth to USA, we should remember. Yet another achievement of England, much like a genius offspring of great ancestry. The Fourth Reich and Japan had a go 100 years ago, but they did not bring to bear sufficient VVV, being too keen on murder as just one problem with them. TJ is the offspring of the product of England glory. Unfortunately, so were Idi Amin and Robert Mugabe. Not everyone who came out of Great Britain was great.
Now, China is going well. India remains in prospect and could become great. But both still export much talent to USA. If the brain drain reverses, with better incentives at "home", that would make interesting times.
Looks as though history is far from finished.
My favourite outcome remains We the People superseding territorial, kleptocratic, dominance hierarchies. We the People in USA are highly attenuated, being little but serfs to the Biden crime family and the Washington swamp with kleptocrats and bludgers galore and warmongers in profusion. Tradable Citizenship can start anywhere.
The countries that adopt VVV will do well. Those who don't, won't.
