We watched part one of the two-part HBO profile of George Carlin. It's excellent. If you're a fan of Carlin and what he brought to comedy, it's must see TV. This completes the pantheon of great comic profiles from my generation: Carlin, Richard Pryor, and Robin Williams. I regret I never got to see Pryor live, but I did catch the other two in their final years.
