In the past this would have been a tailwind. I wouldn't look at near term causation and extrapolate. Either way commodities seem to be on their own path irrespective of the Dollar. But given that all the winners are getting sold and we're pricing in a recession seeing everything including commodities get hit at some pt wouldn't surprise.

A bunch of retailers report again this week. Despite market rally most of the shorts are doing well. Really don't have a good feel here based on the charts/data very ST if this rally is going to extend a bit further or fail. But the longer we stay above 3930 leads the odds of continued short covering/dip buying increase.
