My thought was maybe the market likes the truth "out of the mouth of babes" or this case a demented mind that often forgets the difference between "Official Policy" and "what was promised in secret" and kept secret to let China save face... It is nice to have a nice green day. Lets get the market up 15% or more before counting any chickens... as relief rallies HAVE been typical of bear markets. But, my guess is we saw the low or are much closer to the "ultimate low" than the last top... but I'm having too many people asking me about taking on a lot of risk with what they have left in cash... Get me a few 10%+ rallies followed by higher lows on pullbacks and I'll feel better.
