Lee keep some deet product close and use it. Spray as you are running lol… seriously my friend got Lyme disease several years ago, and it’s wrecked her health. She was a very healthy and very active young 40 something and today she can barely function. I’m now a fanatic about tick bites - it’s just too risky. Hell just spray your boots before you take off!
