I tend to agree with you about getting the plant up and running first,but I believe they are certain the earnings will be there to cover all this. Tomorrow is a call so many questions like this should be answered.Bottom line for anyone who thinks NPK will exicute their plan you better get in now as waiting to see will be to late and as of now it appears their plan is working out as they said.Good Luck
