Did you see the interview on Squawk Box this AM with Senator Ted Cruz? He makes some great points and blames Larry Fink for voting index fund shares in oil companies to force them to be "green" rather than make more money for their shareholders and drill for more oil. Well worth listening to... as it does prove one of your points and explains why companies have not drilled as much as you would expect.
