GV - thanks for your input - it is as I thought - HVSFD can still be challenged on the validity of their patent and it is upon them to show it does not infringe on VVUS existing patent(s). Interesting .... To ALL: Has anyone else been burned by Kostek advice - I bought HVSF - loser; UMSI - big time loser (2.12 down to .05 - YIKES); ABMI - 1.06 to .37;and SLIC 4.12 to 2.00 - needless to say I am not very good on these Bulletin Board stocks. Just wondering if anyone out there has made money recently on a Kostek touted stock??? Your input would be greatly appreciated (and reassuring as I still get their e-mail bulletin and fight temptation each time as they do spin a convincing story on their stocks)
