Probably my lack of fear is due to where I am located. Prices have risen, but business is booming with no end in sight. I understand its different in other places and that's why people are scared sheissless and selling everything to raise fastly depreciating dollars that are losing buying power daily. I have a friend who put their house up for sale for $4million (bot for $800K plus $600K in improvements since 2015). They are in the middle of negotiations with several blue state buyers. Crisis, what crisis? lol.
