I like the plumbing electrical/air and water temp control and sturdy build
i'll take it from there
did a quick and dirty remodel on the house i'm in new plumbing up graded electrical and removed ceilings and walls and endless paneling drywalled painting driftwood LVP but not kitchen or baths because I knew I was going to take it to the ground (cept one wall) eventually, also removing wall/ceiling leaves my structural integrity a big fat ??? so far it's holding tho my structural engineer and building contractor seem surprised
the house is wonderful but once fixed I will wait for a good market and find something smaller than what I'm building
