Lotta gun metal in CA

I'm getting a house built in LA. One of the steps was a zoom meeting to pick out the optional colors and so forth. The option for the interior was white. That's it, everything that was a wall or ceiling was white. There was white or dark cabinets but that was the only choice. The outside was beige, there were two shades of beige, one a bit paler than the other for walls, but the trim was the same beige for all. Roof color, fence color, and the mandatory carpet on the stairs had no choice. Some day will may have to repaint and we will revisit the options then (after the builder is no longer in charge of the HOA).
