i want to expand on a comment that mr. fairley from msc told me several months ago. he said"this is the best technology that we have ever seen". he then went on to say that they were so impressed with this technology that they decided to get involved with the development of the film, something they very rarely ever do. in fact, he said that there was maybe only one other time that msc had ever done that before.i believe that is a very significant statement. other large companies do not necessarily want to get involved in the development stage, just the production. here is the second largest film maker in the world making this kind of investment. it explains why some companies did not do more with their license agreement, and why this is taking longer to reach fruition. also, it validates refr 's approach to a royalty collecting machine.he did state that they had already hired 3 more chemists to work on this project.
