The shooter posted the pic of the guns which he'd just purchased as soon as he turned 18.

I don't know how gun regs could've prevented this. There's always ways bad people can do evil..

One thing I want to see is the gun store sellers shamed publicly for selling the weapons. They need to be shamed for their bad judgment. Making a legal sale isn't something the seller had to do. People should know to use their judgment and decline bad sales.
