Ratan,

The ratio came out today and it is close to .54. That is surprisingly low and with Clinton not agreeing to hold off attacking Iraq till after the Winter Games, I say were heading down now till after things cool off over there. Sorry, no chart.

My estimation of the event, for what it's worth, is that it was a long overdue beginning of a correction of the near classical definition. That being in the 10% range. No explanation for the timing is possible in as much as all corrections are anomalies and as such unpredictable.
