The dollar chart has the look of an ABCD decline in progress, with B just completed. If that plays out, the C wave high will not reach the recent peak. Either way, I think the high is in, or the high will be in this summer. That should provide a tailwind to PMs, which for the most part (based on ones I track) have bottomed and are consolidating at this level.
