Yes, that is a good summary of position size vs risk vs volatility vs who knows what else. I have a significant size position, now in TNA. Larger than most people should have in such stuff, but I am trying to accumulate a big stake late in life. I gambled crazily in my younger days and came close to monster wins but was always a few inches away. I had fun and accumulated a lot of war stories. I never seriously damaged our living standards though. Some people lose control and go crazy and go all in. I have never done that and never will. Even if I do end up accumulating quite a bit, my wife and I won't spend it. But it would be nice to help our kids take care of their kids, our grandkids.
