Most of the major averages and sectors made double-bottoms over the last two weeks on May 11 and 24. The Price/Phase or 10/40 MACD kept flipping back and forth over that time while the moving averages kept moving down. Oscillators like the Stochastics and Wilder RSI still have some room before they're overbought.
