I don't think we need a buyback unless Cymer can get them..

for a good price. If they spend $50 million and end up with 2.6 millions shares at an approx. price of $19 I don't think it's worth it. I'd rather have the $$$ in the bank for emergencies or a later buyback etc..

If they use $20 million and buyback shares at $13 and hold the support... they'd pick up 1.53 million shares. If they used $35 million at $13 they'd pull in 2.7 million shares. The full $50 million at $13 is 3.8 million. :-)

I say let the price float where ever it wants until/IF if takes a hit in the future... then step in.
