no they do not. Russia now controls 90% of Luhansk People's Republic and almost all of the DPR. It's almost over in the Republics. Even Ukraine is crying about it now. (after they scammed 53 billion out of the USA)

Every time Russia advances somewhere, Ukraine successfully counterattacks elsewhere.
