Bob, good point about wholesaling to consumer ISPs. However, MSPG has been transitioning away from PSIX since sometime last year when customers served by PSIX POPs were having service problems. Don't know how much MSPG uses them any more. Does PSIX separate out wholesale revenues in their reporting? Bob
