This patent issue is the one I was criticized for highlighting a few weeks ago. At the time I was trying to get info on the international application. I had no idea they had submitted since then to Canada.

If the international application was denied, why did they submit the same application to Canada?

I find this concerning. I'm not sure if this is a patent lawyer problem or if Zenguard is simply unpatentable. If you remember, Graphene Composites had the same issue with their application, and Zentek management used that as evidence indicating the lawsuit was frivolous. I think Zentek needs to clarify.
