Windows'98 to debue early March'98

Most Large Companies have been invited for local preview of Windows'98 and NT-v.5.0 for the second week of March. It's pretty clear that official release date will follow soon after, perhaps in May'98. Just think of all those cooperate attendance being Wow'ed by WaveTop as MicroSoft shows off Window'98 next month. We should see significant new interest in this stock in less than a month from now. I'm glad to see the TV-Input card products were popular even without WAVO. I laugh as I think of one of my companies employees who told me how he bought a TV-input card for his sons computer because "what, you want me to buy him TWO screens for his bedroom!" crude reason; good for us!
I imagine WAVO will access ad penetration just as radio and TV broadcast companies do. In addition, there must be hard drive based "cookie-like" files that will give them additional information about your advertisement response when you actually connect to the Internet. I'm sure they'll give you the option to turn this feature on and off as you can with regular Browser cookies, but enough people either won't care, or may be seduced into playing along with special offers for participating. So gauging WaveFront acceptance will probably be better than other mediums including the Internet itself, as they may have you register for this free service in order to better track your demographic, something Web sites are generally unable to do.
